The great benefit of outdoor photography is the beauty that is around us. I work a lot in the local areas of Modesto, but I am always ready for an adventure.
I work primarily in natural light, only shooting in the early morning of the day or in the last couple of hours, in that Golden Hour of magic. When getting that great family photo, posed photos are wonderful, but we know these little ones can have a mind of their own. So I tend to let their personality shine and roll with the unplanned.
What if the cost is a bit out of my range?
I understand that times can be tough. I do not want this to be a reason why anyone misses out on capturing their moments. So please, if you need to work out a payment plan or have questions about one, let me know. I am always willing to do my best to be sure you get your moments captured for a lifetime. Remember, these are not just for you, but for your future generations to come and look back on.
What is the deposit to book?
All portrait sessions require a deposit with a signed contract to be fully booked and on the calendar. Portrait session deposits are $60, and event photography is 40% of the event price.
You will have 48 hours from selecting your session time and date to fulfil your deposit and contract; after that, the time slot becomes available again.
Do I photograph events?
I do take on a handful of events per year. While my main focus is portrait photography, I do love to capture the larger moments in your life. I have photographed Baptisms, Births, Weddings, and Quinceañeras.

Yes, we are surrounded by so much beauty in our area, but sometimes we just need to hit the road. There is amazing beauty so close to us in the Bay Area, Sacramento, and in the early months of the year, we have snow not too far. Let's plan a session out of the box.
