Meet the Photographer

Hey, my name is Sabrina.

From a young age, I always loved taking pictures. I would randomly take disposable cameras to school and anywhere I could to take pictures. When I would look to my future, I wanted to travel the world and take photos of nature and parts of the world most people don't travel to. As a young girl, I remember sitting on my grandmother's floor, going through family photographs of her parents and my distant family. In those moments, I realized I didn't want to just take pictures around the world.  I wanted to help families capture memories like these that will one day be passed down to their future generations.

Since starting my photography journey, I have managed a few studios in Modesto, you may know. Starting at Kiddie Kandids back in 2009 was such an eye-opener as to how much joy this career path is going to bring me. I remember having families come in for many milestone moments in their lives, to see the way they looked at their images after was mesmerizing. From Kiddie Kandids, I went over to Sears Portrait Studio to continue what I knew I wanted to keep doing in my life. Spending 3 years in a studio setting was nice. To be able to get creative with what was available at the studio was exciting. Once they closed, I went full-time with my outdoor photography business. Boy, was this a change, but a very welcome one. To be able to combine my two favorite things, the outdoors and photography

was all I could ask for in a "job".

Now here I am 11+ years later, still getting the same joy and butterflies

as I did from starting in the small studio all those years ago.
